Some things look different through the right pair of shades. Inspired by John Carpenter’s They Live, Hoffman Optical turns a fictional optician’s advert into a warning hiding in plain sight.
The large back print pairs bold red and black lettering with sunglasses revealing two very different realities. Broadcast rings, a city skyline and “OBEY / CONSUME” complete the distressed, underground-advert feel. A matching eye-and-broadcast chest emblem keeps the front simple.
